#OBESITY# ... my journey of transformation

Hii Guys..!!! Its me.. your friend Dr. Sneha again came with new blog. This time I will share my story of transformation from obesity to being become thin.

Nowadays obesity is the rising health issue which is commonest worldwide. Obesity is not only related with cosmetic concern but also it is related with medical problems, it increases a risk of heart diseases, type 2 diabtes, cancer and joint diseases too. WHO Recently published paper in April 2020 on obesity, where it clearly mentioned that obesity in worldwide became triple since 1975.

I was also suffered by same problem in last year. In pregnancy and after delivery I had put on weight about 20kgs. It was a quite difficult task to loose weight. Everyone was saying me that, you will never loose weight now.. but I didn't loose hope and mainly didn't underestimate myself. And it was important. If you have believe on yourself noone can tease you.

In pregnency my lifestyle become changed due to it I became obese. So I decided to correct my daily routine and I started to follow Dincharya ( Ayurvedic daily routine) which is told by Ancient Acharyas in Samhita(Ayurvedic book) like ब्रम्हमुहूर्त उत्तिष्टे (early wake up in the morning), व्यायाम (exercise), ध्यान (meditation), etc.. And within 7 months I loosed 20kgs weight. Let's see in pic👇👇

Some important key points to loose weight I would like to share with you.

1. Early wake up in the morning and meditation:

It is very important. When we wake up early in the morning and does meditation. Our mental health improves, which gives stability and relieves stress too.

2. Exercise and yoga:

It is must to loose weight. Obesity is the deposition of extra calories and fats which are not burned or utilized by body. It means if I want to loose weight then I have to burn extra calories and fats at the same time I have to burn ingested calories too. It became clear in my mind. What I had done after this, let me tell you guys..

Firstly I thought I should know how much calories I am taking daily. I just google it and got list near about all food stuffs with amount of calories which are  in it. At the same time I installed one free exercise app and started exercise and yoga at home. The speciality of that app was, it was showing how much calories near about are burned. If you have smart watch then it would be even more better. Simple principle I adopted that whatever or how much calories I am taking daily,  more than it I have to do exercise daily.  For example, 1roti contains104 calories and 1 bowl daal contains 143 calories and 1bowl white rice contains  68 calories and 1/2 bowl vegetable contains 50 calories. It means if I am taking 2 chapatis, 1bowl daal, 1bowl rice and 1bowl vegetable it means I am taking total 730 calories in two meals. So I have to do that much exercise which will burn calories which are taken in meals as well as will burn extra deposited calories too..  So I have to do that much exercise which will burn near about 800-900 calories. So just do exercise more than that you eat. This is simple principle I followed.

At the same time by doing yoga too with exercise my body became tuned and flexible.

3. Diet:

Our body needs  daily calories fats proteins. So if it is possible then try to have nutritious diet.

4. Consistency:

Just keep Consistency in your schedule. Its very inportant.

5. Visualization:

Start to visualise yourself become thin. As you want to be just visualise yourself as it is, before going to bed and after wake up in the morning. Due to visualization Law of attraction works. And it really works. Its my experience.

These are the ways by which I loose my weight. Everyone may be have different experience or different opinion.. I hope it will be useful to needy one..

Thank you.
